Managed Email Security

• We offer managed cloud-based email security gateway services. Through a centralized Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) deployed in the cloud, we provide mandatory secure relay for your enterprise email flow. All inbound and outbound emails (whether sent to cloud-based Office 365, Exchange, or on-premises servers) will first pass through our security gateway for unified security policy inspection and threat protection, ensuring the security and compliance of your email system.

• Gateway Operations & Maintenance: Responsible for the stability, performance, high availability, software updates, and hardware maintenance (cloud platform level) of the cloud gateway platform itself.
• Security Policy Configuration & Management: Configure and manage various security policies on the gateway according to enterprise needs and security best practices (anti-spam, anti-virus, anti-phishing, URL rewriting and detection, attachment sandbox analysis, content filtering, data loss prevention policies, etc.).
• Threat Monitoring & Analysis: 24/7 monitoring of anomalies and threats in email traffic, analyze attack patterns, and promptly adjust defense strategies.
• Logs & Reports: Provide detailed security logs, threat reports, compliance reports, etc., including expert interpretation and recommendations.
• Incident Response: Conduct initial analysis, isolation, and notification when phishing emails, data exfiltration, ransomware emails, and other advanced threats or security incidents are detected.
• Expert Support: Provide security expert team support, answer questions, and provide security recommendations.

• Enterprises purchase, deploy, and own physical or virtual email servers (such as Exchange, Postfix) and email security gateway devices/software (such as Barracuda ESG, Cisco ESA/SMA, FortiMail, Proofpoint on-prem, Open Source Solutions). These devices are deployed in the enterprise's own data center or private cloud.

• Security Gateway Operations & Maintenance: Remotely manage enterprise-owned email security gateway devices/software, including software updates, policy configuration and optimization. Including: software updates, policy configuration and optimization, rule base updates (anti-spam, anti-virus, threat intelligence, etc.), system health monitoring, performance tuning.
• Security Policy Configuration & Management: Responsible for configuring and managing core security policies on the gateway.
• Threat Monitoring & Analysis: Monitor email traffic flowing through the self-built gateway and analyze threats.
• Logs & Reports: Collect gateway logs, generate reports, and provide analysis.
• Incident Response: Conduct initial analysis, isolation, and notification when phishing emails, data exfiltration, ransomware emails, and other advanced threats or security incidents are detected.
• Expert Support: Provide security expert team support, answer questions, and provide security recommendations.

Note: Email server operations and maintenance are typically not included in standard MES unless specifically agreed upon. MES mainly focuses on the security gateway layer
